# \[CRM Integration\] Setup: Establishing the Connection
### Accessing the Integrations Hub
*Note: This is an opt-in feature. If you don't see these options, reach out to your Relationship Manager.*
1. In the top right of GovSpend, click **Account** and **[Settings](https://app.govspend.com/account/profile?section=user-settings)** to open up the user and organization settings page.
2. From the Organization tab, select **[Manage Integrations](https://app.govspend.com/account/profile?section=org-integrations)

3. Depending on your CRM system, click "Configure" for either the Salesforce or HubSpot integrations
4. This will take you to the **[configuration setup page](https://app.govspend.com/account/integrations)** for GovSpend's CRM integration
1. Note that if your Organization does not have access to the CRM integration, you will see a "Locked" button instead of "Configure". Reach out to your Relationship Manager if you are interested in getting access to the Salesforce or Hubspot integrations.
5. To continue with configuration, from the **[Integrations configuration](https://app.govspend.com/account/integrations)** page, select your CRM (currently supporting Salesforce and HubSpot) and click Configure.

### Authentication (The "One Admin" Rule)
Because this integration is set up at the Organization level, only one person nAeeds to go through the configuration steps and authenticate with your CRM. That single authentication connection will be used for all GovSpend users at your company.
1. On the configuration screen, click **Connect**.
2. You will be taken to a new tab to log in to your CRM (e.g., the Salesforce Login page).
3. Enter your organization’s CRM credentials. (Note: If you are connecting a Sandbox instance, please refer to our Sandbox specific instructions).
4. Once successfully connected, you can close that tab and return to GovSpend. You should now see a green circle with a checkmark next to your integration instance!

### Connecting to Your Sandbox
1. From the Integrations page click into the Salesforce tile and then click **Configure**.

2. You will now see 3 URL's exposed. To connect to your production instance of Salesforce, simply click "connect" **BUT to connect to your sandbox you need to update each link and replace "login" with "test."

3. Once you update the URL's like in the screenshot above, you can click **connect**. *Quick note: please ensure you are connecting with your Salesforce sandbox domain.

4. Once you are successfully connected then you will go through the mapping process.
