CRM Integration: Connecting to your Sandbox

  1. From the Integrations page click into the Salesforce tile and then click Configure.

  2. You will now see 3 URL's exposed. To connect to your production instance of Salesforce, simply click "connect" BUT to connect to your sandbox you need to update each link and replace "login" with "test."

  3. Once you update the URL's like in the screenshot above, you can click connect. Quick note: please ensure you are connecting with your Salesforce sandbox domain.

  4. Once you are successfully connected then you will go through the mapping process.
