Method 1: Using the Agency Profile

Navigate to the Agency Profile
- In the Fedmine platform, click on the “Agency Profile” button.

Access Contracting Officer Contacts
- Select “Contracting Officer Email Contacts” to view specific agency contracting offices.

Search for Contracting Offices
- Under the “Contracting Offices” tab, you can search by:
- Agency name
- Contracting office name
- Contracting officer title
- Under the “Contracting Offices” tab, you can search by:
Method 2: Finding Contracting Offices for Specific Contracts

Access Contracts Search
- Navigate to "Quick Search" and select "Contracts Search."

Define Keywords
- Scroll past company criteria, as you are searching for contracting offices managing contracts.
- Enter your keywords manually or use the “MyResearch” dropdown to auto-populate saved keywords.

Select Fiscal Year
- Choose the year of interest (e.g., 2024) or set a custom date range by selecting “all” fiscal years and entering a specific “date from” and “date to.”

Refine by Agency or Sector
- If desired, select a specific agency or federal sector (e.g., Defense Sector). The relevant agencies will auto-populate.

Adjust Additional Parameters (Optional)
- Skip account symbols, GSA schedules, place of performance, and headquarters unless you want to refine the search further.
- You may also limit results by NAICS codes if necessary.

Run the Search
- Click on the “Search CO Details” button to generate a report.

View the Results
- The report will display contracting officers managing contracts related to your keywords and within the selected agencies.
