How to Find Teaming Partners ▶️

  1. Use Contract Search

    • Navigate to the "Contract Search" feature in Fedmine.
    • Enter the capability or service you are looking for (e.g., "remediation").
    • Set the fiscal year (e.g., from 2020) to expand your search sample size.
  2. Filter by Place of Performance

    • Optionally, add a specific place of performance (e.g., a state or core-based statistical area like Texas).
  3. Review Results

    • The search will generate a list of companies that have won contracts in your selected category and location.
    • Review the top 10 prime contractors and the NAICS codes they won under. You can further filter by:
      • Set-asides (e.g., small business, veteran-owned)
      • Socioeconomic status (e.g., minority-owned)
  4. Examine Company Profiles

    • Click on the Fedmine ID to view detailed company profiles. This includes:
      • Contract history (clients, contract details, GWACs, etc.)
      • Subcontractor information (to identify teaming or subcontracting relationships)
      • Contact details (to reach out for potential partnerships)
  5. Track Companies

    • Add companies as "Tracked Companies" or "Competitors" to receive notifications when they win a contract award or task order.
  6. Search for Subcontracts

    • You can also search for companies by subcontracts awarded, using:
      • NAICS codes
      • Keywords
      • Socioeconomic status
  7. Build Your List of Potential Partners

    • Compile a list of businesses you want to track or contact.
    • Download their contact information to start building relationships with them.
