How to Navigate the AEC IDIQ Visor ▶️

Fedmine's AEC IDIQ Visor was created to allow our clients to view spending at the task order level for a specific IDIQ. The Visor integrates all major IDIQs since FY 17 and allows you to search by agency, keywords, NAICS codes, and more to see which IDIQs are being used.

Follow these steps ⬇️

1. Review AEC IDIQ Spending Data
   • Navigate to the AEC IDIQ Visor under Special Reports in your top navigation menu
   • The page will default to AEC IDIQ Spending Data, found at the top of your left-hand navigation menu 
   • To receive alerts when a task order is awarded under a specific AEC IDIQ:
     • Select the desired AEC IDIQ from the drop-down menu.
     • Run the search and save it to receive future alerts.
2. Search by Company Name to view all the IDIQs they are on as well as the dollars obligated
   • Select "AEC IDIQ By Awards by Company" in the left-hand nav
   • Enter the name of the company (e.g., "Aecom") in the search field and click "Search."
   • This will display all AEC IDIQs the company is associated with.
3. View AEC IDIQ Spending by Contract
   
   • Choose the AEC IDIQ from the drop-down menu
   • Select the fiscal years you want to review (choose "All" for all time)
   • View spending year over year by the incumbent.
   • To review contract transactions, click on "Transactions" to see all details, including contract descriptions for each AEC IDIQ
