How to Run a Contract Search ▶️

The ability to find incumbent data is key to market research and winning new contracts. Watch our video tutorial or use the steps below to run a contract search in the Fedmine platform.

Or follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Quick Search drop-down and choose Contract Search

  2. Input your search criteria:

    1. Choose agencies

      Tip: Select multiple by holding down control key. If you select just one, you will see a hierarchy pop up which allows you to select specific bureaus, bases and CO's.

    2. Add keywords

      Tip: Commas function as OR logic. Keywords are great for searching a specific requirement to find incumbent.

    3. Add locations by place of performance, and/or company HQ

    4. Input your date range

      Tip: The default setting is for contracts awarded in the current FY.

    5. Add NAICS to eliminate any noise or false positives

    6. Add socioeconomic indicators if you are looking for a teaming
      partner with a specific designation.
      Tip: Default for this section is AND, click OR if you want to search across multiple socioeconomic indicators.

      Input your specific search criteria

      Tip: Sometimes less is more, you can always run the search and then click the back button to edit your details criteria

  3. Run your search!
