Or follow these steps ⬇️

  1. Log in to Fedmine

    • After logging in, navigate to "Federal Opportunities."
  2. Access RFP Search

    • Click on "RFP Search" from the Federal Opportunities menu.
  3. Prepare for the Search

    • Before running the search, ensure you have:
      • The type of notices (e.g., open opportunities or solicitation documents)
      • Posted dates
      • List of agencies
      • Relevant keywords
      • Any set-asides or GWACs of interest
  4. Select Type of Notice

    • Choose the type of notice you are looking for (e.g., "Open Opportunities").
  5. Input Posted Date Range

    • Enter a "Posted Date Between" range to capture relevant opportunities. This is a dynamic search, so it will continue to pick up new opportunities even after the date selected.
  6. Enter Keywords

    • Enter keywords manually, separated by commas, or select from a pre-populated list saved in "MyResearch."
  7. Input NAICS Codes

    • Enter NAICS codes manually or use the dropdown to select saved NAICS codes from "MyResearch."
  8. Optional: Refine by Location or Contracting Office

    • You can filter by contracting office states, place of performance, or region if desired.
  9. Optional: Add PSC Codes

    • Input PSC codes manually or select from saved PSC codes in "MyResearch."
  10. Select Agencies

    • If focusing on specific agencies, hold "Ctrl" and select multiple agencies if needed.
  11. Optional: Additional Filters

    • Add other filters such as set-asides or specific locations as needed.
  12. Run the Search

    • Once all criteria are entered, click the "Search" button.
  13. Review Results

    • A list of results will appear (e.g., 54 results in this search). If there are no results, it may mean no active solicitations are available.
  14. Save the Search

    • After running the search, click "Save," create a title for your search, and save it for future use.
