Important Things to Note on the Contract Details Page
- Schedule Type in the top right indicates the contract was awarded through a GWAC or GSA Schedule.

- Primes may self report SubContractors in the subcontractors box.

- Review the dollars obligated, base & exercised options value, and base & all options value within their respective rows. Remember:
- Obligated amount refers to the specific funds currently committed to a contract for a particular period.
- Base and Exercised Options represents the cumulative value of the base contract plus any options that have been formally activated (exercised).
- Base and All Options (also known as Total Contract Value) encompasses the entire potential value, including the base contract and all options, whether they have been exercised or not.

- View the respective rows to understand when the contract (or modification) was signed, and when the contract goes into effect. Remember: The Signed and Effective Dates may be different.
- Signed date (or execution date)
- This is the date when all parties involved in the contract formally sign the document, indicating their acceptance of its terms and conditions.
- It signifies that the contract has been formally executed and becomes a legally binding agreement between the parties involved.
- Effective date
- This is the date when the terms of the contract become legally binding and enforceable, and the obligations of the parties begin.
- It signifies the point from which the rights, duties, and obligations of the parties outlined in the contract are activated and the contract starts to govern the relationship between the parties.
- Signed date (or execution date)

- The Solicitation ID field indicates whether the contract was associated with a bid opportunity. When hyperlinked, you can access the public bid and download SOW documents!

- Continue scrolling down the right column to understand more of the contract's solicitation procedures, award and determination processes.

- The left column provides insights into the Place of Performance, Contract Requirements, NAICS/PSC Codes...

- The bottom details the Socioeconomic Indicators of the company, and on the right, more details about specific requirements.
