Contract Attachment Export Enhancements
We've added the "Contract Title" and "Contract Number" as fields in the contract attachment exports to help better identify what file attachments are associated with each Contract.
How to Find It:
- Navigate to the Contracts module
- Create and save a search
- Click “Export” (for full instructions on how to export saved search results click here)
- Select either Default or Visible columns and either CSV or Excel format
- Click Export
- On the Exports page, click “Get Links”
- Once complete click “Download”
- This opens up the export file where you’ll see both Contract Title and Contract Number as the first two columns in the export, followed by the attachment links
