Look for the spark to access AI in Bids & RFPs, Meeting Intelligence, and Co-Ops & Contracts!
The AI prompt and chat feature is currently available in Bids & RFPs, Meeting Intelligence, and Co-Ops & Contracts. You'll find it in the top right corner of any Bid or Meeting detail page.
- Navigate to Bids & RFPs, Meeting Intelligence, or Contracts via the left hand navigation menu
- In your search results, click the following fields to navigate to the detail page for the record you want to learn more about.
- Bids & RFP's: Click Bid Description
- Meetings: Click Meeting Title
- Co-ops & Contracts: Click the Contract Title
- In the top right of the Details page, locate the spark icon next to the "Share" button
- Click the icon to open up a panel where you can interact with the record you have loaded
