How to Search for Mentions in Public Meetings ▶️

Or follow these steps ⬇️ 

  1. Navigate to Meeting Intelligence

    • Open the menu on the left-hand side and select the "Meeting Intelligence" module.
  2. Search for Keywords

    • In the search bar, enter the keywords related to your topic (e.g., "cybersecurity" and "endpoint protection").
    • Click "Search" to view the results.
  3. Filter by Date

    • To narrow down results, open the "Meeting Dates" filter, change from "exact" to "rolling," and select your preferred time frame (e.g., last 90 days).
  4. Apply Additional Filters

    • Filter by agency state or type by using the respective filters, then click "Search" again to refine the results.
  5. Review the Meeting Results

    • Click on the meeting title to review where your keywords are mentioned. Keywords may appear in transcripts, agendas, or minutes.
    • Download documents as needed.
  6. View Keyword Mentions in Transcripts

    • If keywords are in the transcript, click the tooltip next to the meeting to jump to the exact time when the keywords are mentioned in the video.
    • Toggle "only show matches" to follow along with the transcript, and download it if necessary.
  7. Search within the Transcript

    • Use the "Search Transcript" feature to look for additional keywords within the transcript.
  8. Save the Search

    • Once you've reviewed the results, save your search by creating a title and clicking "Save."
