How to Tag Records

In this article, we summarize how to tag records in GovSpend for workflow management or Zapier integration.

What are tags? 

Tags are free-form fields that allow you sort, assign, or earmark records for future use or research. They can also be used to trigger a GovSpend Zap.

Tagging Records

1. To tag a purchase order or bid, click on the description to navigate to the details page. To tag a contact, click on their name to navigate to the details page.

2. Click Tags in the top right corner of the page.

3. In the right-hand slide menu, locate the "Tags" field and enter your desired tag(s).
