GovSpend AI in Bids & RFPs
Want quick answers around whether a specific Bid is a good fit for you, or information on how to action next steps? Take advantage of our new AI feature that allows you to get answers to common questions with a couple simple clicks!

How to Find It:
- Navigate to Bids & RFPs
- Click any Bid Description to navigate to a Bid Details page
- Click the purple GovSpend AI button in the top right
- This opens up a screen with 7 general prompts that are the same for every bid record
- Click any prompt to generate a response
- Use the copy action button to copy the response
- Use the Thumbs up & down buttons to give feedback
- Use the “Back” button to navigate back to the original screen
Contact Module Default Search Criteria
We've updated the Contacts module default search results view to be contact records added or updated in the last 18 months. Search on the most up to date data to ensure successful outreach efforts!
How to Find It:
- Navigate to the Contacts Module
- Observe that we’ve added a new default filter “Last Modified Date”
- The filter is defaulted to “Last 18 Months”
- This means you will start additional search refinement on records that have been created or updated within the Last 18 Months
- Click the 3 dot menu and “Clear Filter” to search the entire database of contacts

"Download All" For Bids, Contracts, & Meetings
For any Bid, Contract, or Meeting record with files, you now have the ability to download all files at once with the click of a button! No need to individually click, open and download each file individually!
How to Find It:
Navigate to a detail page for any of the following modules (make sure the detail record has documents):
- For Meetings make sure you’re on the documents tab if the record also has a transcript and click "Download All"
- A warning message will appear letting you know the download is in process and not to navigate away from the page
- Once complete you’ll get a green success message and be able to open a zip with all the files downloaded to your computer
