August 2024: Agency Stat Exports and Shared Public Meeting Links

Agency Stat Exports: Addition of Agency ID and Website

When exporting “Agency Stats” in the Spending module, we now include SLED Agency ID and Agency Website as default fields. 

How to Find it: 

  • Navigate to Spending
  • Perform a search, or open this one as an example
  • Click Export
  • Name your search
  • Select “Agency Stats” as your export type
  • Click “Export”
  • On the Exports page click the “Download” button for your search
  • SLED Agency ID and Agency Website are now available as columns within the export

Meeting Intelligence: Shared Public Meeting Links

We removed the 90 day expiration of shared public meeting links in Meeting Intelligence. Now you can share meeting video content to people outside of GovSpend and they will be able to access the content at anytime!

How to Find It: 

  • Navigate to Meeting Intelligence
  • Click on a Meeting with a video to navigate to the Meeting Details page
  • Click the “Share” button at the top right of the page
  • Select the “Start at X” checkbox if you want to share the video from a specific timestamp
  • Click “copy link”
  • Share the link with a user who does not have a GovSpend account
  • Link will open to the Meeting Details page and start from the specific point in the video
  • Link will continue to work with no expiration timeframe

Interactive Data Map (available only on the GovSpend external marketing site)

We've released an interactive map on the GovSpend marketing site showcasing data metrics across GovSpend modules. Quickly view data stats for Spending, Bids, Contracts, Contacts, and Meetings along with coverage across the United States!

How to Find It:

  • Navigate to the govspend.com
  • Click on Solutions→ GovSpend Data
  • Click on the high level stats for each module to see the breakdown of data availability across states
  • Hover over a state to see the actual count of records for that state
