November 2023: Meeting Intelligence: Meeting Documents & Document Search
We expanded Meeting Intelligence to include documents, giving you the ability to search for keywords across meeting files like agendas and minutes. Not only do we have documents available for meetings with video content, but we also support meeting records with only documents available. Your library of actionable meeting content just got much bigger!

June 2023: AI Keyword Suggestions
Introducing our first customer facing AI tool, AI keyword suggestions. We strive to make it easier for customers to build relevant searches quickly and this tool does just that. With the click of a button, receive and select keyword suggestions that immediately enrich your search results. Let our tool do the work for you so you can spend less time searching and more time taking action.
Available across all GovSpend modules within the main search bar and when performing a keyword search in any of the left filters.

April 2024: Meeting Intelligence
Meeting Intelligence, our AI-powered meeting transcript module, is a game changer. Search across thousands of hours of public meetings to find pre-RFP insight and get ahead of planned government spending. We feel Meeting Intelligence has the power to give you an extra edge on your competition, surfacing context and insights for your review without you having to listen to hours of meetings on your own.

Additional 2023 Enhancements
Below are some additional enhancements introduced to the GovSpend Platform in 2023
Update to "Save" Search Functionality
Now when you create a search and hit "Save" we will automatically load that search for you so you don't have to go find it from the Saved Searches page. You can immediately start using or modifying your saved search without thinking twice!
SLED Agency ID Included in Exports in Spending
The SLED Agency ID field is now available to export for any Spending search when you select to export either visible or default columns. You can also add it as a filter and a column in your search results table. The SLED Agency ID is GovSpend's unique identifier for agencies, giving you the ability to better match GovSpend agencies on an ongoing basis.
County Fields added to Bids & Contracts Modules
Agency County, County FIPs Code, and Agency County State are now available as custom filters and columns within both the Bids and Contracts modules.
