November 2025 Release Notes: AI Search Experience, Updates to Agencies & AI Tools

AI Search is live! We’ve launched a powerful new AI-driven way to uncover insights from GovSpend’s vast public sector database. Using simple plain-text prompts, you can now search across all GovSpend modules and receive clean, easy-to-digest results in a streamlined chat interface. Learn more →
We've added two new default demographic filters to the Agencies module: Population Count/Served and K-12 District Enrollment Count. Learn more →
AI Notebook Usability Enhancements:
- When you add records to a project and launch Notebook, that project will now open by default.
- The chat panel is also now open by default.
Contract Amount is now a default field when exporting from the Co-ops & Contracts module.
The Agency Results filter is now an option under Connected Saved Search in the Bids & RFPs module. This means you can now search and filter by the set of Agency Results in that connected search.
You can now use Change to Matches within the Agency ID filter across all modules.
