September 2024: Population Count filter and AI Meeting Summaries in Alerts

This article reviews product enhancements released in September 2024. Read on to review these enhancements, how to find them, and where to learn more.

Population Count in Spending & Contacts

Population Count is now available as a new filter in Spending & Contacts! In addition, we’ve added a range slider filter type for quick filtering on preset population ranges.

Note: Population Count data is available for Counties and Municipalities, a subset of Local Government agencies.

How to Find It:

  • Navigate to Spending or Contacts
  • Click “Add Filter” and search “population count”
  • Select “Population Count”
  • Use the number slider to select preset ranges of population count and hit “Search” to filter your results
    • You can select multiple ranges at once
    • The result count displayed within the filter reflects the number of Contacts or Purchase Orders, not the number of agencies
  • To input a custom range, use the three dot menu in the filter and change your filter type to “number”
  • Note: Population count is only available for Counties and Municipalities. Data coverage within those categories is 99-100%

Saved Search Alerts: AI Meeting Summaries Added to Saved Search Alert Emails

View AI Meeting Summaries in your saved search alert emails! AI Meeting Summaries are now included in Meeting Intelligence saved search alert emails in place of the “Description” field. We’ve also increased the length of the summary displayed so customers get more context about the alert record in the email itself.

How to Find It:

  • Navigate to Meeting Intelligence
  • Create a search and save it
  • Go to the Saved Searches page and turn on alerts for your search
  • Once you receive your alert email, open it to view the Meeting Summaries in the email body
  • Note: AI Meeting Summaries are currently only available for meetings with video transcripts. The meeting summary will not display for meeting records that are document-only (this mimics behavior in the product itself).
